Patty has ridden on wheels since her cousins towed her in a little red wagon when she was two years old.  Imagine a Red Flyer stuffed with a little girl and three boys.

Patty still carries that tradition out today on weekly mountain bike rides with the guys.  She has been an avid mountain biker since 1986, and enjoyed taking home a few trophies at mountain bike races in the late 1980′s and early 1990′s.  She was the first woman to win the Montana Grande race taking place in Rosarito Beach, Mexico.  She was also a NORBA (National Off Road Biking Association) Downhill Champion.

Check out Patty’s Mountain Bike Articles as they have appeared in MountainBikeTales.com.
